Enforcing Your Marsy's Law Rights in California

Marsy's Law Gives Crime Victim's Rights Which Can Help You in Your Defense

Until Marsy's Law went into effect in 2008, victims of domestic violence and child molestation could be forced to testify against their abuser or be thrown in jail. Because Marsy's Law was designed to give a wide array of rights to victims, the alleged victim of one of these crimes is also protected against abuse by "the system."

If you are a victim and wish to enforce your Marsy's Law rights, contact our Irvine, CA & Orange County Criminal Defense Lawyer for help. Consultation is free.
